ADR-004: Repository Migration Support

Publishable summary of this architecture decision.

Positioning

Bitbucket to GitHub migration is a support activity, not the central purpose of this repository. The central purpose is MIDDAG operations.

Direction

• Migrate only active internal projects or active client projects when operationally useful.
• GitLab is historical only; it was already migrated to Bitbucket years ago and is not a GitHub migration source.
• Bitbucket remains the main historical origin for projects not yet migrated.
• Archived or inactive repositories should not be migrated by default.

Local inventories may contain sensitive URLs and must be sanitized before use.
